Corporate training that reshapes how your teams think, lead, and deliver
Premier Corporate Academy designs and delivers training programmes rooted in behavioural science, sector knowledge, and real operational context. We work on-site across England and remotely for distributed teams — from half-day workshops to twelve-month development tracks. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation, not a brochure.
We begin where your strategy begins
Most training providers hand you a catalogue. We start by mapping your strategic priorities, team dynamics, and the specific friction points that slow performance. That diagnostic shapes everything — session design, facilitator selection, assessment criteria, and post-programme support.
Our facilitators have led change inside FTSE 250 organisations, NHS trusts, and high-growth start-ups. They bring practitioner credibility, not just academic theory. Participants notice the difference in the first hour.
Capability map
Leadership and management development
From first-time managers to senior executives, we build leadership fluency through scenario-based learning, 360-degree feedback integration, and coaching follow-up that embeds new behaviours over months, not just days.
Digital skills and data literacy
Practical programmes covering data-driven decision-making, AI awareness for non-technical leaders, digital collaboration tools, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Designed for adoption, not just awareness.
Regulatory compliance and governance
Sector-specific compliance training for financial services, healthcare, construction, and public sector organisations. We translate dense regulation into practical, scenario-rich learning that sticks.
Change management and resilience
Equip your people to navigate restructuring, mergers, technology transitions, and cultural shifts. We combine psychological safety frameworks with practical change-leadership tools.
Sales performance and negotiation
Structured programmes for B2B and B2C sales teams, covering consultative selling, objection handling, pipeline discipline, and advanced negotiation tactics grounded in behavioural economics.
Communication and presentation skills
From boardroom presentations to cross-functional collaboration, we train individuals and teams to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact — with video feedback and iterative practice sessions.
Is this the right fit for your organisation?
Your managers were promoted for technical skill, not people skill
This is the most common gap we address. Brilliant individual contributors become managers overnight and struggle with delegation, feedback, and team motivation. Our management development track closes that gap within eight to twelve weeks.
Your compliance training feels like a formality
If your team clicks through e-learning slides without absorbing anything, your organisation is exposed. We replace passive content with facilitated, scenario-based sessions that build genuine understanding and defensible audit trails.
You are going through a significant change
Mergers, restructures, digital transformations, and leadership transitions all demand new capabilities fast. We design accelerated programmes that support your people through the transition rather than leaving them to figure it out alone.
Your engagement scores are declining
Low engagement often signals a skills or culture gap rather than a compensation problem. Our diagnostic identifies the root cause, and our programmes target it directly — whether that is leadership behaviour, communication breakdown, or role clarity.
Serving organisations across England from Lower Howebury
Our base at 1 Fritsch View, Lower Howebury, JY2 0BW, England gives us easy access to the Midlands, the South, and London. We deliver on-site at your premises, at partner venues, or via live virtual sessions for distributed teams. Travel and venue logistics are handled by us — you just bring your people.
How a programme takes shape
Diagnostic call — We spend 45 minutes understanding your context: strategic goals, team composition, existing capability gaps, and any constraints around timing or budget.
Design sprint — Our instructional designers build a bespoke programme outline, select facilitators with relevant sector experience, and propose assessment criteria tied to your KPIs.
Delivery — Sessions run on-site or virtually, with group sizes typically between eight and twenty. We use case studies drawn from your industry, not generic textbook examples.
Embed and measure — Post-programme coaching, action-learning sets, and a 90-day impact report ensure the learning translates into changed behaviour and measurable performance improvement.
"The embed phase is what sets Premier apart. Training without follow-through is entertainment." — HR director, regional construction group
Questions we hear often
What is the minimum group size for a programme?
We typically work with groups of eight or more for facilitated programmes. For executive coaching or one-to-one development, there is no minimum. Smaller teams can also join our open-enrolment cohorts that run quarterly.
Can you deliver training outside England?
Yes. While our physical base is in Lower Howebury, we deliver virtual programmes globally and have facilitated on-site sessions in Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and several European cities. Travel costs are quoted transparently upfront.
How do you measure training effectiveness?
We use a modified Kirkpatrick framework: immediate participant feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioural observation at 30 and 90 days, and — where possible — correlation with your existing performance metrics such as engagement scores, sales figures, or retention rates.
Do you offer accredited qualifications?
Several of our programmes carry ILM, CMI, or CPD accreditation. We can also design content that maps to your internal competency framework or professional body requirements. Accreditation options are discussed during the diagnostic call.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Pricing depends on programme length, group size, facilitator seniority, and whether delivery is on-site or virtual. A one-day workshop for up to fifteen participants typically starts from £2,400 plus VAT. Multi-module programmes are quoted on a per-cohort basis after the design sprint.
